Real-time rider and driver application suite for micro-transit

Municipal micro-transit networks struggled with disjointed communication between riders and drivers. Legacy dispatch apps lagged, leading to long wait times and passenger frustration.

We designed and engineered native iOS and Android applications utilizing WebSockets for real-time location streaming, paired with an intelligent matching algorithm for ride allocations.

Wait times dropped to under 6 minutes on average. User satisfaction scores climbed to 4.9 stars, and passenger volume increased by 50 percent within the first four months of rollout.
