With patient volumes scaling rapidly, Meridian's existing telehealth platform suffered from high latency video feeds and an unintuitive patient intake flow that resulted in a 28 percent appointment dropout rate.

We built a customized WebRTC video infrastructure paired with a secure patient onboarding flow. We integrated an automated triage assistant powered by a fine-tuned LLM to pre-screen symptoms and route cases.

Appointment completion rates increased to 94 percent. The platform successfully supports over 40,000 active patient profiles with compliant end-to-end encryption.
