Real-time freight orchestration and fleet routing system

Kova's dispatchers struggled to orchestrate thousands of daily shipments across fragmented fleets. A lack of real-time route optimization led to high fuel overhead and delayed deliveries.

We implemented a high-concurrency Go backend to handle fleet coordinates. We designed a real-time reactive WebMap interface showing live driver routes, transit bottlenecks, and automated rerouting alerts.

Route optimization routines trimmed average delivery times by 22 percent. The company saved over 180,000 dollars in monthly fuel overhead while dispatchers scaled operations with zero extra headcount.
